Gerolf decided to implement his workshop during the youth exchange in Romania. He succesfuly join the topic of a workshop about labour migration in Romania with learning how to sketchnote. With quite a few participants (deriving from Romania, France and Germany) not being very fluent in foreign languages, graphic facilitation on flipcharts proved esential to successefuly finish the workshop, with all participants learning the value and how to implement visualialisation. The experience proved that visualisation can be very practical in cases, when you need to translate into three languages during a workshop, since evrerybody can instantly get an idea what was spoken about.
