Detailed instructions (Optional) Organize participants in groups of 4. Each group receives paper and markers.

Participants are given abstract concepts (teamwork, fear, happiness, inclusion, exclusion, growth, etc.). They are asked to illustrate the concepts using exactly 4 squares and nothing else. The squares can be used at any size, rotation, or position; they can be filled in or not, overlapped, etc. They are given 15 minutes to solve the task.

Groups are asked to compare their drawings and reflect on the task’s different approaches.
