Vas pred nastopom zgrabi trema? Se težko izrazite jasno in na kratko? Želite izboljšati svojo besedno in telesno govorico? Z našim tečajem boste dobili orodja, ki vam bodo pomagala, da boste nastopali bolj samozavestno in prepričljivo.

 

Kaj boste osvojili?

  • Obvladovanje treme: Naučili se boste tehnik za nevtralizacijo treme pred nastopanjem.
  • Struktura nastopa: Spoznali boste, kako ustvariti učinkovit in celosten nastop, ki prepriča.
  • Praktične vaje in povratne informacije: Vse naučeno boste takoj preizkusili v praksi. V majhni skupini boste večkrat nastopili in prejeli osebno povratno informacijo.

 

Tečaj je namenjen predvsem tako mladim kot odraslim. Izboljšal bo vaše komunikacijske veščine, kar vam bo koristilo:

  • pri javnem delovanju in vodenju dogodkov ali timov,
  • pri razgovorih za zaposlitev,
  • pri akademskih zagovorih (diploma, magisterij itd.),
  • kjerkoli je potrebna jasna in učinkovita komunikacija.

 

Podrobnosti tečaja

  • Termin: soboti, 25. 10. in 15. 11. 2025, od 9.00 do 16.00.
  • Lokacija: prostori Socialne akademije na Tržaški 132 v Ljubljani.
  • Cena: 130 €, za študente 91 €.
  • Mentor: tečaj bo vodil Igor Korošec, izkušen igralec, režiser in pedagog z več kot 20-letnimi izkušnjami v ZDA.
  • Skupina: 7-12 oseb

 

Rok prijave je do četrtka 23. 10. 2025 oziroma do zapolnitve mest.
